Roles And Access

Tapidu uses role-based access so each person sees only the tools they need.

Platform Admin

Platform admins can manage all stores, approve business applications, configure global platform settings, upload firmware, review audit logs, and send platform-wide notifications.

Store Owner

Store owners manage their own store, team members, rewards, customer activity, QR scanner mode, and store-scoped campaigns.

Store Manager

Store managers can operate assigned stores, apply reward claims, scan customer QR codes, manage common store settings, and send store-scoped campaigns within platform limits.

Store Staff

Store staff focus on checkout. They can look up claim codes and apply valid in-store rewards.

Customer

Customers use the mobile app to earn points, view balances per store, claim rewards, track achievements, receive notifications, and show visit QR codes.
