Alerts and audit logs help admins understand what needs attention and what changed.
Alerts
Alerts can surface operational issues such as failed scans, TapiCube problems, pending actions, or store issues.
Admins can dismiss alerts without a page reload. Alert links should navigate to the most useful filtered view, such as the relevant Activity page.
Audit
Audit records should answer:
- who performed the action
- what changed
- which store or entity was affected
- before and after values where useful
- when the action happened
Colour Meaning
Audit statuses should not all look successful. Use status colours to distinguish normal updates, warnings, risky actions, failures, and destructive operations.
When To Check Audit
Use Audit when investigating manual point changes, store lifecycle changes, staff access changes, reward edits, notification campaigns, TapiCube settings, and firmware actions.
