Checkout
Checkout is the fastest path for store staff to apply in-store reward claim codes.
Applying A Claim
- Ask the customer for their active claim code from the mobile app.
- Enter the code in Checkout.
- Review the customer, reward, store, points, and expiry.
- Confirm the claim application.
Applied claims are recorded in customer activity and can trigger a push notification.
Staff Access
Store staff should only need Checkout for daily operations. Managers and owners can also use Checkout, but may have more admin sections available.
Online Claims
Online-only claims should not be applied in admin Checkout. Those are intended for WooCommerce virtual coupon usage.
Pending Claims
Pending claims expire automatically. If a customer no longer wants to use a claim, they can cancel it from the mobile app before expiry.
