Checkout

Checkout is the fastest path for store staff to apply in-store reward claim codes.

Applying A Claim

  1. Ask the customer for their active claim code from the mobile app.
  2. Enter the code in Checkout.
  3. Review the customer, reward, store, points, and expiry.
  4. Confirm the claim application.

Applied claims are recorded in customer activity and can trigger a push notification.

Staff Access

Store staff should only need Checkout for daily operations. Managers and owners can also use Checkout, but may have more admin sections available.

Online Claims

Online-only claims should not be applied in admin Checkout. Those are intended for WooCommerce virtual coupon usage.

Pending Claims

Pending claims expire automatically. If a customer no longer wants to use a claim, they can cancel it from the mobile app before expiry.
