Gamification helps customers understand progress and gives stores a reason to encourage repeat visits.

Customer Features

The mobile app can show:

  • weekly streaks
  • achievements
  • progress toward milestones
  • membership tiers
  • momentum indicators

Admin View

The admin Gamification page helps platform admins and store managers understand adoption across their permitted store scope.

Useful metrics include achievement unlocks, active streaks, customer momentum, and cross-channel participation from NFC taps, QR visits, rewards, and WooCommerce.

Store Scope

Platform admins can review platform-wide gamification. Store owners and managers should see gamification only for customers connected to their assigned stores.

Notes

Achievements should be server-authoritative. Avoid awarding exploitable bonus points for actions that can be repeated cheaply.
