Business Applications

Business applications are submitted by store owners or managers who want admin access.

Owners and managers can apply from the admin login page. Customer-only users should still register in the Tapidu mobile app. The admin application form collects the applicant name, email, password, business name, phone, address, country, and optional website. It includes password confirmation, password-strength guidance, a compact country picker, and a country-aware phone dial-code hint.

Review Flow

Platform admins can:

• review applicant details
• verify email confirmation
• approve as store owner or manager
• assign an existing store
• create a new store during approval
• reject with review notes
• reconsider previously rejected applications

Approval Effects

Approval creates or updates trusted admin access. Applicants keep their normal customer account, points, rewards, and activity.

Notifications

Approval and rejection can trigger logged push notifications so applicants know their status changed without logging out and back in.

Safety

Applicants cannot grant themselves access. Store assignment and role creation must happen through platform admin review.
